Outcomes of retinoblastoma following treatment have improved dramatically over the years, owing to advancements in therapeutic options. The bar has been raised from the floor of life-saving, to globe salvage, to sight preservation in select cases (Syed, 2018, p. 389). These management options however remain inaccessible in many centers due to resource constraints.

Nevertheless, the management options available with our institution, including enucleation, intravenous chemotherapy as chemoreductive treatment or as adjuvant therapeutic following surgery, and transpupillary thermotherapy, have remained robust options in life preservation in the treatment of retinoblastoma. This case series presents eight retinoblastoma patients treated for Retinoblastoma with the Northern Mindanao Medical Center Department of Ophthalmology from April 1, 2022-March 31, 2023.
