To discuss cases of retinoblastoma patients seen at Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC) from April 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023, comparing among their presenting symptom and stage, time to diagnosis, reason for consult and delay of consult, radiologic and pathologic examination findings, treatment modalities undergone, and current patient status.

Under the direct supervision of the Medical Center Chief, the Northern Mindanao Medical Center Professional Education, Training and Research Unit (NMMC PETRU) envisions to improve every staff’s competency, productivity and quality of work through professional development, learning and research development interventions based on the Learning and Development Needs Assessment (LDNA). As a Teaching and Training Tertiary DOH hospital, NMMC PETRU also oversees and ensures a systematic and smooth implementation of undergraduate student affiliations, medical postgraduate internship, in-service practicum and other related internships from other requesting institutions.
